Enjoy our 10-Minute Mindfulness Timeouts throughout #SELday

Did you know? Focusing on something enjoyable for a minimum of 10 minutes a day can have a positive physiological impact on your brain. Spend those 10 minutes with us!

SEL4PA and Center for the Promotion of Social and Emotional Learning (CPSEL) will offer 10-minute SEL activities each hour between 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Each activity will be posted on this webpage and on Twitter.

11 a.m. – Systemic SEL 101—What is SEL?
Noon – Stress Mitigation, Resilience and SEL
1 p.m. – Trauma-Informed Practices and SEL
2 p.m. – Building Rapport
3 p.m. – Adult SEL Skill-Building
4 p.m. – School Climate and SEL
5 p.m. –  Integrating SEL into Academics
